This activity is used to define default values for settings used in risk analysis. These default values can be changed as necessary for each risk analysis.
If 3-Point analysis is used, values entered in Analysis Max Weight Factor, Analysis Min Weight Factor and Analysis Nor Weight Factor fields will be used to calculate the Calculated Cost Estimate.
Review Period (Weeks) field will be the default review period given to newly created risk analysis.
Time Unit field is used for time delays entered on consequences.
Week Day Conversion field is the conversion for weeks to days, which is used to calculate Net Potential Delay when the Time Unit is weeks.
