Add Valid for Customers

Explanation

This activity is used to specify the targeted customers who will participate in the campaign. Customers can be specified manually, added from a customer hierarchy or by customer's price group. To enter customers from a customer hierarchy use Add Customers from Hierarchy command and the Add Customers from Customer Hierarchy dialog will open where you could search for your hierarchy.

Note: If the Valid for All Customers option in Campaign/Valid for Customers tab is enabled, no customers can be added using this activity. In this case all customers specified in the basic data are able to use the campaign.

Prerequisites

This activity has the following prerequisites;

• A campaign header should have been created.
• Required customers or the customer hierarchy should have been created.
• The user entering the information must have access to all the sites to be added. This is done in the Sites per User page.

System Effects

• All entered customers will be included in the campaign.
