View Spare Part for Equipment

Explanation

Use this activity to view spare parts for a specific equipment.

You can perform this activity in the lobby Service Center or My Service Center and lobby link: Equipment Objects or View Equipment on Map and lobby element Equipment.

Note: Use the Spare Parts group on the Equipment Object page. If this section is missing, the selected equipment object does not have any spare parts.

Prerequisites

• Logged in user should be configured as a B2B User - Customer.
• There must be some parts configured as inventory parts and sales parts. They must also be added as spare parts on one or more of your customer equipment objects.
• Only the spare parts connected to your site can be ordered.

System Effects

As a result of this activity you will be able to view spare parts connected to an equipment.
