Sales charge groups are used to categorize different sales charge types, such as freight, custom, insurance, and service fees. This means that, before you enter a charge type, you need to enter a charge group or use an existing one. The information entered on this page and on the Sales Charge Types page is used on the customer order. On the lower part of the page, you can enter some optional information which is used for entering the description of the charge group in different languages.
The possible values for the category of the charge type which is used to differentiate the sales charge groups are as follows: Pack Size, Freight, Promotion and Other.
