Detail statistics can be created for
order entry, backlog of orders, invoiced sales, delivery reliability, and
for delivery quality. It can be generated as a snapshot for each of these
choices except "order entry”, once a day. The order entry statistics tracks
the order value changes within a particular statistics generation period and
can be created multiple times per day.
In
order to retrieve information, you have to create customer order detail
statistics. You can either create customer order detail statistics directly
or schedule the task as a background job.
Customer orders with necessary information must have been entered.
