Tolerance Check Options for customer schedule agreement part includes data for the two tolerance check methods: cumulative and bucketed tolerance check method.
There are four different ways of comparing schedules, regardless of what tolerance check method is used:
For the cumulative tolerance check you should indicate the maximum and minimum deviation percentage,as well as what type of schedules that should be compared.
For the bucketed tolerance check you should enter what tolerance template should be valid for this agreement and what type of schedules should be compared if overlapping.
If you have already entered tolerance check conditions on the customer schedule agreement, the Tolerance Check Options tab will display the entered data. You can however alter or add any values. Values entered on this tab will overrule the previous entered values on the customer schedule agreement for this particular part.
A customer schedule agreement part header or a customer schedule agreement, as well as a tolerance template must have been entered. The latter only valid if you wish to use the bucketed tolerance check option.
As result of this entry, the tolerance check will be performed according to stated tolerance check terms. If other conditions are stated on the customer schedule agreement, these conditions will be overruled for this particular part.
