Add Valid for Sites
Explanation
This activity is used to specify the sites the Freight Price List
or the Direct Delivery Freight Price List is valid for. The sites
can be specified in three ways; you can manually add the required sites, connect
all sites connected to the company or add all sites belonging to a site cluster.
Prerequisites
- Required sites or the site cluster should have been saved.
- The sites cannot be connected to another active Freight Price List with
the same ship-via code.
- All the sites connected must have been entered as valid sites in the
freight map.
System Effects
- The Freight Price List will be valid for all the sites entered and will
be used to calculate freight charges for the sites.
