Select a file which contains a customer's purchase order in pdf format or picture format (bmp, jpg, png...) and then press Next button to scan the document.
Site and Coordinator in the assistant header were selected before the scan starts. The document has an appropriate format.
In the background, the specified file goes through an OCR character recognition process and using the Artificial Intelligence of the Microsoft Form Recognizer model, the scanned information is interpetated, categorized and displayed in step 2 of the assistant.
