This activity is used to update prices on existing customer order lines that have not yet been invoiced. You can update the sales part prices for one or several customer order lines if the same customer, currency, and part number is selected. You must note however, that it is not possible to update the prices using the update function for customer order lines with the Price Freeze option enabled. Also note that update of rental lines can only be done if there are no open rental events created for the line.
To update the new price on the selected customer order lines, you can enter the new price with or without tax. Furthermore, you also have the option of updating or creating a customer agreement with the new price. Note that this is not available if there are rental lines among selected lines.
