Update Unit Based Sales Price Lists
Explanation
Use this activity to update unit-based sales price lists. When prices are
changed in general, either for special sales price lists or for a group of parts,
then the unit-based sales price lists must be updated.
The sales price lists can be updated with a percentage or amount offset,
for example if (-10) is entered in the Percentage Offset field, then
the prices are reduced by 10 percent. If (10) is entered, then the prices are
increased by 10 percent. If you want to reduce prices with an amount, then enter
the amount in the Amount Offset field. If (-10) is entered, then the
prices are reduced by 10. If (10) is entered, then the prices are increased.
Prerequisites
- Unit-based sales price lists must have been entered on the
Sales Price List
page.
- The user must have access to the owning company of the sales price list.
System Effects
- All prices on the unit based sales price list lines corresponding to
the entered conditions regarding price lists, sales price groups and owning
companies are updated with the specified offset. The modification of prices
takes place from the specified Valid From date onwards.
- If a line exist with Valid From date and Valid To date
and the Valid From date specified in the dialog falls within that
time frame and Include lines with both Valid From and Valid To dates
is enabled then the line will be split into two.
