Use this activity to create a new service contract by copying existing information. You can choose to copy the SLA of the contract, invoice plan settings, additional customers and service lines (maintenance or vehicle). In addition you can choose to update the dates of the new service contract to reflect the system date.
A service contract should exist in the system.
As a result of this activity a new service contract will be created with the duplicated information. The new service contract will receive the status Planned.
