This activity is used to close the SLA order connected to the work order or a work task.
A work order must exist in the Started status and all work tasks connected to the work order are in WorkDone status of higher. SLA order connected to a work order, then status of the work order must WorkDone.
As a result of this activity, the SLA order will be closed.
