Delete SLA Order
Explanation
This activity is used to delete SLA order a based on modified content which
is related to the SLA order, on a
work order or a work task. When delete work order or work task, connected SLA
order will be deleted.
Prerequisites
This activity has the following prerequisites:
- A work order must exist which is connected to a SLA order and no
connected work tasks.
- A work task must exist which is connected to a SLA order and the work
order is not connected to the same SLA Order
- Other necessary conditions validated when a work order or a work task is
to be modified or deleted must be fulfilled.
- Service contract connected with the work order or the work task should
only have one SLA line defined.
- More than one object is defined on the Services/Scope tab of the
service contract line connected to the work order or work task.
- The object defined on the work order or the work task
should have multiple service contract lines in which no service contract SLA
lines are defined. This could be the same service contract but a different line
than the one connected to the queried work order/work task.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, the SLA order will be removed from the system.
