Disconnect Handling Units
Explanation
Use this activity to disconnect handling units from a shipment. There are
three different options:
- Disconnect one specific handling unit
- Disconnect all handling units
- Disconnect empty handling units
Note: In the shipment flow, it is possible to disconnect empty handling
units for the entire shipment automatically, as an optional event.
Prerequisites
- At least one handling unit must be connected to the shipment.
- At least one of those must be empty if the option to disconnect empty
handling units is used
System Effects
- The handling unit(s) and its sub levels will be disconnected from the
shipment. Either one specific handling unit, all handling units in the shipment
or only the empty handling units
- If you have a handling unit that is not empty, all the attached quantity
will be unattached from the handling unit and its sub levels. When disconnecting
one specific handling unit you also have the option to just disconnect the
specific handling unit and keep the sub levels with attached parts connected
to the shipment.
