Create Manual Consolidated Pick List for Customer Orders
Explanation
This activity is used to create consolidated (or collective) pick lists
manually. A consolidated pick list is a way of grouping a pick list based
on certain selection criteria. This gives you the possibility to choose how
your pick lists are to be consolidated, e.g., per deliver-to-customer number,
routes, and planned ship periods.
Prerequisites
- The customer order lines must have been reserved to appear on the
Manual Consolidated Pick List for Customer Orders/Available
Order Lines tab.
- In order to use shipment inventory lines, a shipment inventory location
must be available.
System Effects
- The reserved customer order lines will be displayed in the
Manual Consolidated Pick List for Customer Orders/Available
Order Lines tab.
- The order lines will be either connected or disconnected from the
Manual Consolidated Pick List for Customer Orders/Connected
Order Lines tab, as per the selected option.
- The system creates customer order pick list and can assign warehouse
worker if you handle this using warehousing functionality. To do this you
need to set up the basic data for warehousing.
