Print Shipping Note

Explanation

Use this activity to print a shipping note. The printed shipping note contains information derived from a customer order load list. It has a header with general shipment information and lines with information about the total net weight of customer orders connected to a delivery route. The weight information makes it possible to determine the number of orders which can be loaded into a truck. The shipping note can also be sent along with the goods in the truck.

Prerequisites

• This activity requires that a load list has been entered.
• To be able to sort the information by route ID, the customer must be connected to a route ID. If not, the sorting will be based on the customer number instead.
• Net weight must be defined for the inventory part connected to the load list.
• Connected order lines in Picked status must exist.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the shipping note is printed.
