This activity is used to complete a sub contract. It is possible to complete the sub contract even if a released call off still exists for a line item, i.e., the contractor has decided that he or she no longer intends to proceed with the call off. In this case, the status of the line item will remain in the Work In Progress status.
Once a sub contract is completed, it is no longer allowed to create new revisions, new valuations or modify data on this contract.
