Define Sub Contract Revision Audit Trail Settings

Explanation

This activity is used to define audit trail settings on a sub contract revision. It is possible to enable history logging of changes on a revision, by enabling the Audit Trail Enabled option. All changes will be logged on the sub contract. The Contract Change Order Required and Change Comment Required options can only be enabled when the Audit Trail is enabled.

Prerequisites

• The sub contract should not be in any of the following statuses: Completed, Closed or Cancelled.
• The sub contract revision must not be in either the Obsolete or Cancelled status.

System Effects

• The Audit Trail feature is either enabled or disabled on the revision.
