Generate Results

Explanation

Use this activity to generate results for a Supplier Performance Evaluation record of a particular supplier. This activity is intended for a user acting as a Supplier Relationship Manger/Procurement Manager or a similar role.

Note:

• It is recommended to review the Error Comments prior to generate results.  
• Generate Results command will appear only if there are no error comments in the KPIs records in the KPIs section.
• Generate Results activity cannot be done more than once for a Supplier Performance Evaluation.

Prerequisites

• Supplier Performance Evaluation should be in preliminary state.
• There should not be any error comments in the KPIs section.

System Effects

As the result of this activity, KPI Score, Grade, Contribution to the Total fields will get relevant values and the total evaluation score will also be visible in the bottom of the Contribution to the Total field. After performing Generate Results, performance evaluation record will be set to un-editable and only the Publish and Cancel activities will be available.
