Manually Re-categorize Spend Data

Explanation

Use this activity to manually change or add categories on spend analysis lines. You can manually change the category on any line to another category within the category assortment used as a basis in the spend analysis.

Prerequisites

• The spend analysis transactions must have been generated.

System Effects

• The procurement category on the selected lines will be changed to the chosen category.

Note that the Main Representative for the spend analysis line will also be updated according to the setup of the new category.
