Publish Evaluation

Explanation

Use this activity to publish the results of a Supplier Performance Evaluation record of a particular supplier. Published evaluations and results should be considered as the verified and finalized state of an evaluation which can then be utilized for the decision making processes in the organization. This activity is intended for a user acting as a Supplier Relationship Manger/Procurement Manager or a similar role.

Note:

• An evaluation record can be published only once.  

Prerequisites

• Supplier Performance Evaluation should be in preliminary state.
• Evaluation results generation should be done.

System Effects

As the result of this activity, Supplier Performance Evaluation status will be set to Published.
