Use this activity to refresh categories on selected spend analysis lines based on the set up in the basic data. This activity can be used if you have noticed that the automatically assigned categories are wrong or if they are missing. You can then change your settings of the Procurement Category Dimensions and then refresh the categories on the lines based on the new basic data setting.
Note that the Main Representative for the spend analysis line will also be updated according to the setup of the new category.
