This activity is used to view the rolling year information of company absence schme limits for an employee.
Information is only available, if absence with Company Absence Scheme (CSP) is registered by the employee, i.e. absence should be registered using an absence type which is used for Company Absence Scheme (Absence divide function CSP)
Company Absence Scheme applies to absence types only if the CSP function type has been used for the divide definition of the absence type. When employee registers absence using an absence type with CSP, the rolling year for sick pay for the employee begins. The divide definition of the absence type will specify how the start date of the rolling year should be determined as well as the maximum gap that is allowed between two absence periods for the rolling year to continue uninterrupted.
In order to perform this activity, employee is required to have registered absence using an absence type which has absence scheme assignemnt.
