This activity is used to connect the Data Collection Configuration to one or several companies and/or several sites and/or users and/or user groups that should have access to the configuration.
The Valid for All Sites option is enabled by default and enables all sites on your company to have access to the configuration. To limit the sites that have access, disable the option and enter the applicable sites in the Sites section. The Valid for All Users option on the header section is enabled by default and enables all users on your company to have access to the configuration. To limit the users that have access to the configuration, disable the option and go to the User Access tab and enter users.
Instead of following the above mentioned procedures, user groups can be manually added by disabling the Valid for All Users option that is enabled by default and go to the User Group Access tab and enter one or several user groups that should have access to the configuration. If the Valid for All Users option is enabled, the user group(s) added to the User Group Exceptions section will not have access to the configuration.
