This activity is used to create or modify dependencies. Dependency relationships (predecessor - successor) can be created between the work tasks of a particular work order or between different work orders in the work order structure. Dependencies cannot be created between work tasks of different work orders in the structure. If a work order does not contain any work tasks, dependencies cannot be created to this work order.
When creating or modifying dependencies using the Gantt chart, the Dependencies mode must be opened by clicking on the graph, and then clicking Create Dependencies Mode. In this mode you’ll navigate to create dependency page, which can be used to select the dependencies between different nodes in the structure.
You can also create dependencies by selecting Create Dependencies Mode in the top of the page.
