Assign to Event
Explanation
Use this activity to define at what event the work order and the work
task is to be performed,
e.g. During weekly stop.
- To enter event information for a work order select the Additional Information sub menu
in the Prepare Work Order page and in the Event
field, use List of Values to select an event identity.
- To enter event information for a work task select the Additional Information sub menu
in the Work Task page and in the Event and
Event Period No
fields, use List of Values to select an event identity and relevant event
period number.
Prerequisites
Before the information is entered, the following must have been completed:
- Information on the event must have been entered in Event
page.
- The work order or work task must have been retrieved in the window.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, relevant event information is linked to a work order
or work task.
