Create New Tender Documents
Explanation
This activity is used to create and connect the supportive documents required by the
tender submission. Document files can be uploaded on to the tender it self or on to
each tender line. Number of connected documents are
visible as a count on respective attachment icon.
Following procedure is used to create and connect new tender documents while
uploading the respective document files.
- Open the Subcontract Work Orders > Bid For Work
Lobby Page and in New Tenders lobby section,
click New Tenders Counter to navigate to the respective tenders
on the New Tender page.
- Click on the attachment icon to get the attachment section open.
- Click Upload New button and Browse or drag & drop the files required
to upload.
- Click Upload button.
Prerequisites
- B2B interface, Bid for Work must be available and
accessible.
- Log in user should have the respective B2B Supplier - User connection.
- At least a single tender must have been received by the supplier.
- Log in user should have the required Document Class and Format access.
System Effects
- Documents are created and connected with respective file uploads.
- Attachment icon count is increased.
- Connected documents are visible to the Job owner involving in the approval
process.
