This activity is used to select which dataset needs to be loaded into the Dispatch Console. From the drop-down, the Dispatcher can select an active dataset and load relevant data according to Site/Sites define in the dataset. The option Manual Schedule Resources can be used if the Dispatcher wants to manually schedule work to resources who are not defined as Scheduling Resources in Scheduling Basic Data. If Manual Schedule Resources is toggled on, all resources related to the sites connected to the dataset will be loaded for Scheduling purposes.
An active Dataset need to be defined for the desired company.
As a result of this activity Dispatch Console is loaded with selected data for scheduling purposes.
