Use this activity to connect a coordinator to a work order. The coordinator is the person who is responsible for the customer order. To enter the relevant information, select the Customer Information sub menu on Prepare Work Order page and use the List of Values in the Coordinator field.
Note - This activity is only used in the Service Management solution.
