Execute Work

Explanation

This activity is used to start and proceed the work by work coordinator itself, without making any assignments in the system. In this case, you can pick up own resources, who has no registration in the system to perform the work. However, upon work completion, you need to do the reporting activities such as Time, Tools & Returns on behalf of them.

Following options can be used to receive and access your tender watch list from Subcontract Work Orders > Coordinate Work Lobby Page,Lobby Section for Work Awarded and selecting Coordinated By Me Counter to navigate to the work tasks.

• By Start command button in list view
• By navigating to Work Task Details and selecting Start command button

Prerequisites

• B2B interface, Coordinate Work must be available and accessible.
• Log in user must have the respective B2B Supplier - User connection.
• Work Task must be coordinated by the logged in User.
• Work Task status must Released.

System Effects

• Work Task status is changed as Work Started.
• Work Task is transferred to Coordinate Work >  Active Work  > In Progress section.
