Modify Tender Documents

Explanation

This activity is used to modify and reconnect the existing documents required by the tender. It is used either to revise the content of a document already connected by you or to fill up a tender requirement requested by the job owner. Both connected documents on the tender level as well as on the tender lines can be modified and uploaded.

Following procedure is used to modify connected documents on a non submitted tender.

  1. Open the Subcontract Work Orders > Bid For Work Lobby Page and in New Tenders lobby section, click New Tenders Counter to navigate to the respective tenders on the New Tender page.
  2. Click on the attachment icon to get the attachmen section open.
  3. Download the document files that need to be revised and save it locally.
  4. Revise the document content.
  5. Click Upload File button and Browse or drag & drop the file to be uploaded.
  6. Click Create and Upload.
