Report Equipment Object Downtime

Explanation

Use this activity to report the downtime information of an equipment object when the issue which caused it has been fixed by a work task. If the downtime tracking is enabled for the work type category of the work type set on the work task, when setting the work task to WorkDone state, a dialog will popup to enter the down time, up time and duration. If down time already reported for the same object, from the work task connected to same work order, when setting the next work task to workdone state, the dialog will open in readonly mode with reported down time information and a text displayed "Already Reported".

Prerequisites

Downtime tracking should be enabled for the work type category in Downtime Enablement Per Work Type Category page.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, when setting the work task to Work Done state the equipment object downtime will be logged.
