When the timescale of the gantt changes from Day view / Week view to Month view, The weekly and monthly utilization percentages for each resource will be loaded to the gantt. This will make the decision making process more smarter for the dispatcher by making most important information to be visualized on the gantt based on the time scale selected.
Utilization view helps the dispatcher to understand how well the crew/individuals are utilized for the work allocation per week/month. These utilization bars will indicate whether the resource is over utilized or under utilized during this particular period. The color representation is visualized in the legend.
An active Dataset need to be defined for the desired company. Dispatch console has to be loaded with data mainly Resources and with few allocations done for week/month.
As a result of this activity, utilization bars will be visualized on the gantt.
