Explanation

This activity is used to add additional information to the service order before creating it and sending it to the service provider. Users can enter additional information to a service order from the Order Service assistant available in Service Center or My Service Center lobby page.

Prerequisites

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the service order will be created and will become available to the service provider. The customer will be able to follow the progress of the service order from the Service Order elements in the lobby.
