Select Service on Contract

Explanation

This activity is used for selecting a service with a valid service contract when ordering a service.

Prerequisites

• Logged in user should be configured as a B2B User - Customer.
• There must be equipment objects with the customer set as party type.
• The equipment must be connected to a location and have a valid service contract.
• You must also have selected an equipment in the Order Service assistant.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, a service will be selected in the Order Service assistant.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to select a service on contract when ordering a service using the Order Service assistant from the Service Center or My Service Center lobby.

1. In the Service Needed group, make sure Contract Services is selected. Then select a service in the Service list.
