Change Finish with Task

Explanation

This activity is used to enable or disable the Finish with Task option for a work order. The Finish with Task option is to be set (to true) to automatically perform the closure of the work order.

Finish with Task option is available by command button Change Finish with Task in Prepare Work Order and Work Order Structure Navigator.

Prerequisites

• No prerequisites.

System Effects

• The option Finish with Task is enabled or disabled for the work order.
• For a work order that has Finish with Task enabled, changing the last active work task to Finished or Cancelled will automatically set the work order status to Finished.
