Clock Out after work is done
Explanation
This activity is used to clock out of a work assignment. When the Clock In/Clock
Out feature is used, time reporting is done automatically.
When you clock out, the effective hours between clock in and clock out will
be calculated and a work task transaction will be created for the time spent.
Prerequisites
- A work task should have been defined with a work assignment.
- The work task must be in released status or higher.
System Effects
- When Clock Out option is selected on a work assignment, the existing
clocking record will be updated with in Work Task Clockings
page with the date and time you clocked out updated as Stop Time.
- The time taken for the work is automatically reported. i.e., a cost
line and the relevant work task transaction is created.
