If the IFS/Fleet and Asset Management solution is installed, a material line can be connected to one or several return lines within the same work order structure in this activity. This to point out which part(s) we are looking to issue for the removed parts which have been recorded (returned). An example can be like this; the user has removed the seats through a work task in one zone. Now materials are planned for the installation work task. The user should be able to point and build a connection between the material line and the return records.
When this option is selected, a dialog will be opened and the material line that was selected when pressing the command, will be displayed. At the bottom part of the dialog, all return lines for the work order structure, part number and ownership (defined on the material line) but not yet connected, will be displayed. A connection between one or several return lines and one material line can be created. The quantity of all connected return lines for the material line cannot exceed the quantity required of the material line.
