This activity is used to define sign off requirements on the work task. It is common to have requirements on the skills required to sign off the work that has been performed.
Following is a list of the sign off requirements that can be defined for work task:
Note:
The person performing an independent sign off cannot be
the same person who performed executor or inspector sign off.
It is only possible to enter sign off requirements before the work task is released.
It will not be possible to make any changes to or add new sign off requirements for work tasks distributed from Fleet and Asset Management. These work tasks will have predefined sign off requirements transferred from task cards and subtasks.
Sign off requirements can be defined for a work task from the Sign Off Requirements tab on the Work Task or Execute Work Task pages.
