Define Warranty on Work Task

Explanation

This activity is used to define a customer/supplier warranty on a work task. If the Actual Object connected to the work task has already applicable warranties those can be connected to the work task.

Users can click Warranty and select Customer Warranty or Supplier Warranty appropriately, to enter a customer/supplier warranty on a work task, from Work Task or Work Tasks pages.

Prerequisites

• A work order with a work task connected, must exist.
• Actual object defined on work task should have Customer/Supplier warranty connected.
  

System Effects

Customer / Supplier warranty will be connected to the work task and the predefined warranty information will be applicable on the relevant work task transactions.
