Update Design Object Planned Cost from ERMPL
Explanation
This activity is used to enable the update of the costs and cost elements
of the design object from the costs in engineering register material procurement
list (ERMPL). It is useful to receive the latest price changes in the supplier
end into design object planned costs. This activity can be performed on the
Project Connections page for a given design object.
Prerequisites
- At least one part must be registered on the
ERMPL
page.
- A cost change made to ERMPL must exist. The addition of a cost element
with the planned cost or the modification of existing cost elements is considered
a cost change.
System Effects
- The costs along with their related cost elements, of the demand in ERMPL,
will be applied to the design object in IFS/Asset Design.
- The design object's planned cost in the Project/Connections
tab will be updated with the change.
