Enter Solution
Explanation
Use this activity to enter details about a global solution. A global solution
is a case-independent generic solution description. This generic solution can
be based on one or more cases.  
You can directly create a global solution using the Global Solution
page or start from the Case page. 
Prerequisites 
- A support organization must be defined in the Support Organization
page.
 - A queue must be defined in the Queue page.
 - Assignees should be define in the Assignee
page.
 - A category must be entered in the Case Category
page.
 - Business objects must be entered in the Business Object
page.
 - A language must be defined on the Object
Properties page.
 - A case must have been created in the Case page if the
global solution is to be created from a case. 
 
System Effects 
- A solution will be created, and the user creating the solution will
become the solution owner.
 - The status of the global solution will be set to New.
