Remove Material Lines from Repair Shop Order

Explanation

You can remove material manually on a repair shop order, which has been created from a CRO repair. Click Repair Shop Order, then click the Materials tab. Select a line for a consumable part to be removed and delete the record.

Prerequisites

• The shop order must have material lines.
• The material line to remove must not be in the status of Reserved, Issued or Closed.
• The material line to remove must not be in the status of Parked if the status before parked was either Reserved or Issued.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, a material line is removed from a repair shop order, which is pegged to a component repair order. The removed material line will not be included in the work scope.
