To bring a repair line that has been released to shipment back to Reserved status, click Status and then Reverse Shipment. When performing reverse shipment, the reservation is brought back from the customer order to the repair line, and the customer order line is cancelled. The status is changed to Reserved and it is possible to perform required changes and/or updates. When all conditions are adjusted you can continue to process the repair line.
