Plan and Estimate the Change using Contract Items

Explanation

This activity is used to add new contract items in order to plan and estimate the change. It is possible to add new items to an existing contract line of the contract revision. It is also possible to create new lines and then add new items connected to that. 

New items are added with Expected values during the initial statuses (ie. Preliminary or Analysis in Progress status) of the Contract Change Order. Requested values could also be added during the same statuses but that is optional. Expected values are considered to calculate the Net Change in Preliminary or Analysis in Progress status of the Contract Change Order.
Once the Contract Change Order becomes Analyzed status, Agreed values can be added and from that point onwards the Net Change is calculated using the Agreed values.

Note:
Currently it is possible to plan and estimate a contract change using new contract items only. It is not possible to modify or delete existing contract items through a Contract Change Order.
