Enter Document Media

Explanation

Use this activity to register electronic storage media types. Each storage medium is identified with a unique ID and description. Examples of storage  media include paper, magnetic tape, CD, microfiche, video, photograph, etc. You can edit the name of the document medium but not its ID.

• The registered media can be viewed in the Document Basic/Media page.
• The IDs become available in Lists of Values where media type is applicable.
