Use this window and its tabs to create document folders, to update information about the folders, add/ remove documents to the folders, move documents between folders, view details of attached documents, arrange the folders in a structure, delete document folders and delete entire folder structures. New folder structure is created by using the command New Top Folder and subsequent sub folders can be added by New Sub Folder command.
The Document Folder Navigator Tree displays the folder structure along with the documents they contain in graphical form. You can drag-and-drop, cut-and-paste and copy-and-paste documents between folders. These document movements can be enabled by clicking on the Edit button on the top of the tree navigator. The way how the document node text is displayed in the Tree Navigator can be configured by FOLD_NAV_DOC_NODE_TEXT in Document Default Value page in Document Basics.
The Documents tab displays the documents connected to the selected level of the structure. You can add an existing document to the folder by adding a new record or using the Insert Existing Documents sub command in Create/Connect. Documents are added to the selected level of the structure.
