Follow - up and Analysis, Customer Credit Management
Description of process
The Follow-up and Analysis,
Customer Credit Management process is used to display customer credit and
collection information. There is a function in the process for recalculation
of customer credit information. There are also queries related to customer credit
management. The system makes it possible to view DSO both graphically
and textually.
The following pages are found in the Follow - up and Analysis, Customer Credit
Management process:
- Customer Credit Overview, is used to display credit
and collection information for all or for specified customers.
- DSO Calculation Graph, is used to view graphically credit information
per customer.
- Query - Customer Invoices, is
used for viewing all customer invoices entered for selected customers.
- Query - Customer
Details, shows general information about a customer and due amount,
including detailed information, such as invoice amount, remaining amount,
etc
- Query - Customer Aging, is used
to view specifications of aging buckets for a customer.
- Query - Follow-up Message, is
used to view messages sent to credit analysts.
- Query - Invoice Header Credit Notes,
is used for viewing credit notes related to a specific invoice header.
- Query - Invoice Line Credit Notes,
is used to view details of customer invoice line credit notes.
- Query - Corporate Credit Relationships,
is used to view parent-child relationships.
- Analyze Customer Reminder facilitates queries to display
statistical reminder data in several dimensions.
- Analyze Customer Reminder Analysis is used to view
the details of a selected analysis total of customer reminder analysis.
- View Customer Reminder History is used to view reminder
proposals for which reminder have been printed or sent.
- View Reminder History Details is used to view the statistical
reminder data of payers covered by a reminder proposal.
- View Invoices per Reminder is used to view the reminded items included
in reminder.
Concerning the query pages: They
do not allow entry or modification of information. It is only possible to view
information in the query pages.
