A marketing list is a set of contacts which you can add as targets to a
marketing campaign. Use this activity to add a lead or account contact to a
marketing list. Click Add to Marketing List on the Lead Contact, Lead
Contacts, Account Contact or Account Contacts page. The Select Marketing
List dialog will then be displayed for the user to select the marketing
list.
Lead and Account contacts can also be added in the Contacts tab
on the Marketing List page.
The lead or account contact will be added to the marketing list.
