Enter Lines with Guided Selling

Explanation

Guided Selling helps sales reps find the right parts to add to a business opportunity by asking a set of questions.The Guided Selling looks at your answers to the questions and matches them against the same fields on the sales part in order to return the right parts. Use this activity to add part lines to a business opportunity by answering questions in the Guided Selling assistant.

Click Guided Selling in the Business Opportunity/Lines tab to open the Guided Selling start page. Open the Guided Selling assistant from one of the cards in the start page. Answer the questions in the assistant and go to the next step to see the parts which matches your answers. Select the required parts and quantities to add from the part list. If complementary parts have been defined for the selected parts, these can be added in the next step of the assistant.
